Job Summary:
Provide security services at La Cumbre Plaza in Santa Barbara, maintaining a visible presence and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff. This role focuses on strong awareness, customer service, and professionalism while supporting daily site operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a visible presence throughout the property
• Patrol the site and monitor entrances
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Assist shoppers, tenants, and visitors in a professional manner
• Respond to incidents and emergency situations as needed
• Complete daily reports and log entries
• Monitor cameras and security systems
• Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
